EH-TEAM operates as a non-profit group, driven by volunteer trade members who take time off from their work to attend events, educate students, and elevate the trade.

InfraAIR supports and manages EH-TEAM, providing:

Administrative support and event coordination
Partnerships with manufacturers, magazines, foundations, and distributors to book events
Website, marketing materials, and social media promotion
Booth builds, clothing, gear, and branding
